Ingredients

Tamarind powder, roasted coriander, dry red chillies, roasted peanuts, urad dal, chana dal (roasted), mustard, curry leaves (dried), sesame seeds, hing (asafoetida), tamarind extract solids, salt, turmeric. (No artificial colors or preservatives.)

How to Use — Quick Puliyogare (serves 2–3)

1. Cook 2 cups rice and keep it slightly warm (fluffy, not sticky).
2. Mix 2–3 tsp Puliyogare Mix (adjust to taste) with 1–2 tbsp hot oil and a little warm water to loosen.
3. Fold the mixture into the cooked rice evenly until rice turns light brown and tangy.
4. Garnish with roasted peanuts, fresh curry leaves or chopped coriander. Serve with papad or raita.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the pack sealed to retain freshness and crunch. Use within recommended period for best flavour.
