How to Brew (Best results)

1. Heat water to around 75–85°C (not boiling).
2. Use 1 tsp (or 2 g) per 200 ml water. Steep 1.5–3 minutes depending on strength preference.
3. Strain and enjoy plain, or add a slice of lemon/honey/mint if desired.
